It's the fear of an all seeing all powerful god that will kill you a$$ in hell for eternity if you murder your next door neighbor and fukk his wife.

it's also a handy way for parents to teach kids morality, as it lets them skirt the whole "do as I say, not as I do," and lets them point to a higher authority as an excuse.

it's also a good way to help people ease the emotional pain from dead relatives and loved ones, as they can believe the are still "with them."

It also comforts old ladies who never have been laid, and have no friends except for their cat, to believe that Jesus "loves them."

you see, religion serves quite a few purposes to quite a few people.

I'm sure you've got quite a few irrational beliefs in your head....

It's their punishment for being wicked. The Bible is pretty much a black history book. It tells the story of the Israelites from the past/present/future. It foretold how they would be sent in ships and sold as slaves to their enemies (the white man). African Americans today are the descendants of the only race in the history of the world to be taken as slaves and sent off in ships to another part of the world. This was the trans-atlantic slave trade.

The Bible also foretold they would be under curses. Until this day black people are suffering due to the curses (number 1 in poverty, education, crime, aids, stds, disease etc). They are dying in the ghetto due to the transgressions of their forefathers. But the curses won't last long and they are about to be lifted once they reclaim their true identity which has been hidden from them by the world.

These artifacts which are the true artifacts show the messiah, apostles, prophets all as dark skinned people. The reinassance period (which means rebirth) is when the white man started white-washing ancient icons and artifacts and painted his face on them in a process called Iconoclasm.
