I'm gonna pose a scenario that I find myself in VERY frequently and need advice on. You initiate a convo with an HB sitting near you in a large lecture room, and you hit it off quite well--she's laughing, good vibes, etc.

The next day you arrive to the same class and spot her sitting in a completely different area of the lecture hall. In this situation, would you get up and go all the way over to her and sit next to her in her new seat? Or does this show desperation (like your chasing her)? Or do you sit in the same spot as before, accepting the fact that you won't be able to talk to her anymore.

Let's assume that this class is the only time you see the girl.

Would what you guys do??

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

There's nothing wrong w/ sitting next to her that's just where you happened to want to sit and if you already had a good vibe, continue to interact w/ her or the realtionship will DIE. I doubt she saw you already sitting (did she?) and if she did so what? For all she knows ur sitting next to her b/c you can see the lecture better. Needy depends on how you go about it *good body language is a plus.
