“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

How bad are cold cuts? I'm not talking the oscar meyer stuff, I'm talking stuff fresh from a deli. Is this bad to eat everyday? I see lots of mention of high sodium although this seems to mostly be for the really processed stuff that comes in a box (for preserving it).

I love chicken and turkey cold cuts from the deli. Just wondering if this stuff is bad for me (as far as weight loss/looking better are concerned).

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

its not horrible for you..but depending on how seriously you take your fitness lifestyle, you could reserve your love for cold cut meats for special occassions.

for the most part, id say that if you are lifting and want to be as lean as possible, you need to look constantly for lean protein sources such as lean chicken breast, tofu, skim milk, egg whites, fish etc.

obv a cold cut sandwich every once in a while wont hurt, but when health is the name of the game and your body relies on varied workouts/meals, you need to switch it up and not go for one everyday.

hope that helps bro!

No they're fine. Fresher is better and made locally is better than industrial.

You should be more worried about all the white bread in the sandwiches than cold cuts.

Skim milk is not "lean". It contains lactose which is a sugar. It's basically sugar water with some protein which also makes you bloated and gassy if you drink too much.

Tofu's bad for men. Mmmmkay?

Cold cuts shouldn't be a part of your regular diet IMO. There's too much processed crap in them like nitrates, etc that have been linked to bad shiit. Furthermore, its not something we were meant to eat.

My rule for choosing foods is simple: if a caveman didn't have access to it, you're probably best off avoiding it. Humans spent hundreds of thousands of years in hunter/gatherer societies evolving metabolisms to consume and assimilate natural whole foods... therefore, it is in our best interest today to eat foods that are unrefined and closest to their natural state.

Instead of eating cold cuts have real meat. Instead of fruit juice eat the fruit, etc.
