Duh, “What are you shopping for…?” She was new in town so I get her life story of how she got here. I did not even follow my own steps where I use the email/phone close; we had coffee together immediately and I played the tour guide dude.
Of course, that was my 3rd store today and about the 8th approach I had made. I prescreened her for few seconds and waited until she was looking around like she needed some help, just seconds before she was about to give up and walk off.
