"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

No no no, not the same girl from my previous fwb post..

Long story short. Was drunk at a party, met this girl and got her facebook and number. Shes ugly.. for lack of a better word. Anywho got drunk again one night and texted her. I woke up to find that I have a new FWB. Ever since then shes been blowing up my Phone and inboxing me on facebook.

Shes the depressed type with a hard life and I dont want to make it harder by leading her on, or by telling her that I no longer want to talk to her. She seems to have low self esteem.

The worst part? Apparently I set up a movie date with her tomorrow.. but I dont want to go and waste money. In fact I dont want to see or talk to her ever, I just dont wanna upset her and add more issues in her life. I have no problems telling her I cant make it tomorrow but how the hell do I tell her to **** off?

The hell do I do DJs.. shes facebooking me right now. Ive been ghost all day but she keeps messaging.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

This is just part of the game as a DJ. You're going to get stalkers and clingers every once in a while. There are two ways to deal with them without having them go psycho on you:

1. Gradually fade away

2. Treat her like dirt until she leaves on her own.

With option one, you don't go total ghost, you just play the "i'm busy" game with them. Over time they get the idea and leave.

With option two you just use them for your benefit and nothing more. The whole relationship is on your terms. You tell them what to do, make them cook and clean, etc. You flirt with other girls in front of them and even bang other girls in front of them.

If you want a way out without hurting her feelings forget it. Its not possible. You can't reject someone and make them feel good about it. Also, you should not be afraid of hurting a girls feelings anyway. If she is an adult her emotional issues are not your problem. Its part of dating.. if she can't handle it she should stay out of relationships.

Just do what chicks do and flake, flake, flake.
They do it to us, so why shouldn't we once in a while?

Im just gonna tell her that Im busy but she can come to my place. But I wont be able to pick her up.
Sounds like a bad idea right? No!
She lives far, and she probably wont want to come. Thus, loss of IL and it makes me look like I dont give a FFFF. She doesnt have a car so she would have to bus an hour and a half, and would think im a total douchebag for not picking her up.

And my car is in the shop.. all of a sudden.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

i told the current chick i was seeing as a fwb since she kept texting me like crazy and saying she misses me.

"Hey xxx, i think you're a great girl but i don't want to lead you on. I'm only casually dating right now."

Then whatever she says....you can respond to her when you want to as you are now both clear on where you stand (if she's okay with playing by your rules then great, if not who cares). She stopped texting me frequently as well but since the emotions got the better she basically physically agreed to a fwb (not verbally).

This is basically how I always end things with a girl. It's always worked out well. If it's a girlfriend, it's in person. If it's a FWB, it may or may not be in person.

They get pissed at first but after awhile they get over it and everything is cool.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
