"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I've been thinking about this lately and I was hoping to get some advice or pointers as to what I could do. I plan on cleaning up my style a little bit, but not taking it to the point where it would be considered preppy or "dressy". Just a couple nice shirts, nice hair cut, clean looking jeans or something and real white shoes. Usually I wear torn ratty baggy jeans, tshirts, ratty black shoes n my hairs pretty shaggy and I haven't shaved in a couple weeks. I was also thinking about getting some clean smelling cologne and I've read the cologne tips thing, so I've got some basic ideas. Chicks have told me that if I cleaned up, that I'd look real hot. Ones even gone as far as to say she would **** me anytime anywhere if I went preppy. I'm not going preppy, but I got pretty good responses from a "test run" of my cleaner style. I was wondering if there was anything else I could do to keep my own style yet mix it with some of the cleaner kind of stuff, yet, not look like a metro.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Just go with what you like, but keep it clean. You don't have to go all out with it, just a dash here and there...

Are there any certain brands that give a clean yet casual kind of look to them? I like my jeans baggy yet my shirts to cling a little bit (not to the point where you could trace my nipples with a laser pointer, like underarmour and the likes). Ive gotten some stuff from Kohls, but its a couple blue plaid kind of shirts...and some 2 button shirts that have some silk material in them...if you have any brands that i should take a look at...dont hesitate to let er rip

I usually wear vintage t-shirts, or tshirts with my favorite band logos on them, and t-shirts that are kinda krazy. I also enjoy wearing baseball shirts, and you can get some cool ones online!

I also tend to wear suits/colared shirts and I have a few polos.

I get my cloths at places that sell used cloths like Planet Exchange, Amvets, Good-Will etc... My friends do the same, and they don't mind because you can find some pretty pimp/cool stuff there :) Additionally, I can buy/sell large amounts of my clothing if i'm tired of them because I don't pay more than $5-20 for a shirt, in fact the average price I pay is around $8-$15.

I don't shop at places like American Eagle, Gap, Structure, etc because they sell stuff for like $60.00.

I do wear suits on occasion, and those are expensive. I've found a few at thrift shops that are just pimp to wear, and they were cheap. However, if you have the money go for an expensive suit :)

I don't recommend going out and spending thousands of dollars changing your wardrobe. Thus, going to thrift shops, vintage shops, and buying online are all good ways to get cool stuff and cheap.

My entire wardrobe atm probably only cost me around $400-$600 and I have tons of shirts, pants, shorts, suits, fancy stuff, shoes.

I don't go out and buy all my stuff at one time, whenever I have free time and $20-40 I go out and buy whatever I think looks cool for a decent price...

I hope this helps, and oh btw don't go to places like Structure, American Eagle to buy undershirts, underwear, or socks-- they want you to pay like $40 for 3 pairs of cheap underwear which is outrageous...

Man, I dress however the f*ck I feel...Girls like it that way.

One day I'll wear a band t-shirt, faded jeans and some sneakers, I'm cool.

The next day I'll wear a button shirt with the cuffs unbuttoned, some khakis a necklace and nice hair, I'm cool.

The next day I'll wear a polo shirt and some green shorts, I'm cool.

The next day I'll wear a clown suit, I'm cool.

No big deal. Dress however you want as long as it doesn't look too outlandish or dirty, because no one wants to deal with a person who doesn't know how to maintain themselves.

Man makes the clothes mofuka.

Metrosexual is a Homosexual Codename for "Still In the Closet"

You can't be Metrosexual in highschool, look around it's all about Masculinity. Just take care of yourself, get some Clearasil, look decently clean, shave to at least the point of a 5 oclock shadow... If you don't have actual whiskers yet, take the time to be cleanshaven.

First of all, you have to feel comfortable in the clothes you wear, so don't just buy stuff for the sake of looking clean, P Diddy Wears suits and looks like a billion bucks, and then you have Peter Jackson in the suit (director of lord of the rings), it doesn't fit.

Make Sure the clothes fit your personality, if you're an easygoing guy, wear some easygoing clothes... such as some joke tshirts from American Eagle. If you're a party guy, be arrogant and anounce on your tshirt such as the "Life Of The Party" tshirt from abercombie. Just make sure you feel comfortable in it, comfortabiity shows.

You have to be a decent looking dude if chicks have told you that, so you should be fine with whatever fashion path you decide to embark on.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Metro is always the way to go. You should take care of yourself and always work on improving, I can't see why you wouldnt do that.

You can easily be masculine and metro at the same time, just because you look good and stay clean doesnt mean you aren't a man, let's be serious here.

Plus, I was thinking about getting the Drakkar Dynamik. I've heard a few good things about it from the cologne thread. Anybody got a good expirience with that? I've found it for 21 dollars on Frangrancenet.com.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Long sleeve dress shirts are really nice. Along with some with some nice shoes and the shirt uncuffed. Youll get everyones attention cause its different. It kinda give you that preppy look. If you wanan keep your own style then just wear something with it that you would usually wear like a hat or whatever.

In my opinion, Looking Clean and Taking yourself is the Don Juan Style, Using bronzer, 115 dollar haircuts, Expensive Products, then Raving about how they great they are... that's metro... I really don't think that's what Midwest is going for here.

Perhaps they are one in the same? "Metrosexuality" is a fallacy created by our society that essentially states that being well groomed is a feminine practice. Men were well groomed way before women even though of it (or could do it for that matter) now all of a sudden we must get in touch with our "feminine" sides in order for us to look good? I do not think so...

If you want to wear bronzers... knock yourself out. Facials, manicures... hell... face lifts... do whatever man. That's what being a man is really all about... doing whatever the hell you want.

And that is my advice to you MidwestFreek. If you like your style... if it is you... then keep it. Floss that **** like you were wearing Armani or something. If I said it once... I will say it again...

The man makes the clothes.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
