“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm about to start bulking again, but can anyone point me to a clean bulking diet. I'd also like to know people's experiences with clean bulking and how effective the gains are.

Thanks.

imo, clean bulking is for people that aren't damn much motivated. it takes more dedication to do real bulking/cutting cycles and brings results much faster. but i have to admit that i will go for a "clean" bulking cycle in a few months.....b/c i hate eating and ****ting all the time and cutting is even more horrible b/c you feel like sh1t. but whatever, i need to do it.

What do you mean by "clean bulking"?

Do you mean "Bulking up by eating 'clean' foods", or "only putting on 'clean bulk' (muscle)"?

If it's number 1, it requires eating more food than you might feel comfortable with, because 'clean' food has less calories than something like, say, chocolate cake or a greasy hamburger.

If it's number 2, this is a long, hard, tough and practically impossible journey. "Bulking" means getting fatter (and, hopefully, more muscly). "Clean bulking", in this sense, is pretty much a myth.
