I've read that it's good for fat loss. I'd like to read something on it helping with gaining muscle.

Last time I bought a bottle and used it up I saw no difference. About a year ago.

I just bought another a month ago. We'll see.

In the past few weeks I have gained about 5lbs though. But, I have started eating a lot more beef too which I normally stick to chicken & fish. I wonder if that has anything to do with it?

Hamburger, Steak (Rib Eye).

Someone told me that it was my body reacting to the steroids/growth hormones they feed cattle. I don't know if I beleive that, but it's a thought.

Maybe it's that I wasn't getting enough protein before.
