40mg is way too much. See if you can get away with 5-10mg.
actually 40mg is a mid range dosage according to the doctor. The second time i used it i cut a pill in half so it was about 10mg and that worked great too which made me even happier, now my supply will last even longer.
Im in great health so im not worried about side effects or potential issues and im not spending a small fortune to see a cardiologist. Just a simple physical and 20 minutes time with my doctor cost me $600.

Damn $600? Do you not have health insurance? My copay with my doc to get the prescription was $20 and 30 pills at Costco is $18. But glad to hear that 10mg is working for you. Most guys usually end up taking 10mg.

well yeah, i have insurance so technically my physicals are free but insurance was charged $600 for a 20 minute visit. I would have to pay a cardiologist visit entirely out of my own pocket tho as i have a $2000 deductible id have to meet first. So if a physical costs $600 id hate to see what a cardio visit would cost me with a test or two thrown in, maybe some blood work, id be homeless in no time

I've actually overdosed on Tadalafil once when I got a little too greedy and took 3 of my 5mg Tadalafil pills, so effectively it was 15mg.

Around the 1 hour mark my erection was hard like a steel pipe, it was indeed a power trip. But around the 2 hour mark I started getting lower back pain - specifically it felt like nerve pain.

That's when I knew I had overdosed because back pain is one of the symptoms. I was lucky I didn't get blurry vision or lightheadedness.

Now I find that 5mg combined with fasted high intensity cardio yields amazing results without the overdose side effects.

I would say 20mg is already pushing the limits. 40mg sounds way too risky.

i dont know about that, they sell 100mg tablets but i went the cheaper route with just 40mg which the online doctor said was a mid range dosage. I also read reviews where guys talk about taking 100mg and it not helping them. Right now im cutting my pills in half so its 10mg and that seems to be working good.

Instead of pills, I would suggest laying off the beer, cutting carbs, lifting weights and not jacking off to porn.

This 100mg s**t has got to stop.

100mg of Cialis (Tadalafil) is NOT a thing. That is Viagra (Sildenafil).

Two completely different drugs. 20mg is a full-strength dose of Cialis. In some cases a doctor may give you more, but that is an extreme case.

Do not mix up the dosages of these two drugs!

If you are screwing around yourself picking your own dosage you should be talking about fractions of 20mg. There is still risk with that.

Be more careful with this type of stuff. Some dumba*s out there is going to take 5 20mg pills and have a heart attack or have to have his d**k wrecked for life.

If a person consistently has to use this they are already likely heading for a heart attack...just saying.

Or they just have low T, which could be caused by any number of things. Stress can even take a toll!

You shouldn't jump to the worst conclusion immediately, 78

No. That is incorrect. Low T is rarely a cause for ED. Estrogen dominance is usually the issue. Regardless of how high estrogen is, if it is higher than progesterone levels, you will have Estrogen dominance and almost assuredly ED. Progesterone is your bodies natural viagara.

I have been on TRT for quite a while with levels between 500-800 and have had some issues with that. I started reading about it and learned that progesterone basically counters estrogen in the male body and that it is almost always a progesterone issue not a testosterone issue that causes ED. Never have had an issue since I started using progesterone cream. Sometimes I wake up with morning wood so hard it feels like I am going to burst through my pants.

So yeah, that is true there are other causes but with the overabundance of calcium in the diet and with everything fortified with calcium, and with most people not balancing this out with D3, K2 and magnesium, there is a good chance it IS foretelling of a heart issue down the road...specifically atherosclerosis or calcium buildup in the arteries. Small blood vessels get blocked well before that happens to the bigger ones. I take all of those routinely and have regular heart screenings so I know that wasn't the cause of my issues.

Sounds like you've done your research. I'll have to look into that
