Christmas music that doesn't suck

I hate christmas music with a passion, it sends me into fits of rage, I turn green get really bigh and destroy things (not literally). With that being said I heard the duet with the Hives and Cyndi Lauper "A Christmas Duel"

Also have a few christmas songs by The Fall. Ideally I want to have a good playlist built up so I can enjoy christmas without the crap music. Any other suggestions?

My biggest problem with most Christmas music is that it's too mediocre. Who needs to hear people like Anne Murray, Billy Joel, Michael Bolton, and Bryan Adams all sing awful pop renditions of White Christmas?

I like anything with some kind of style to it. I enjoy the hell out of Elvis's Christmas music. I also enjoy the Boney M Christmas album. I swear those are the only two Christmas albums I genuinely enjoy. Oh yeah, and the Peanuts Christmas music is good too. Other than that, the rest of it is pretty much a waste.

I found one here for the nerd in all of us "I'm Gonna Spend Christmas With A Dalek" by The Go-Go's (the original 60's band, not the one from the 80's). Gotta love Dr. Who. lol

"A Charlie Brown Christmas" is classic. A lot of smooth jazz in there.

The Dramatics Christmas CD is pretty pimp. Turn down the lights and get the lady under the glow of the Cristmas tree for some hot lovin'.

Also I heard a review (on the news) of what sounded like a lounge style Christmas cd. I think it was Tony Bennet. It sounded real groovy.
