“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

When you're doing them with palms facing you that's a pullup. Progression is harder on chin ups but if you practice both of them your numbers will increase.
Palms out is a pullup.

Can one even do an explosive pullup if one can only do 6?

I see, when you said explosive pull ups, I thought you literally meant explosive pull ups.

you mean Slow coming down (abduction) and Fast coming up (adduction).
As fast as you can coming up, using the upper body only. Look into 43 seconds of this clip to see what I mean. http://youtube.com/watch?v=RREGFOZoZTk

Be controlled when going down. Don't free fall going down, but don't go slower than you have to. Maybe going slow will help with hypertrophy, I think going very slow on negatives is a trick a lot of bodybuilders use. I haven't heard of this trick on the applications of strength though.

I think so. Even when I do 70lbs of weight (where I can only do 6-7 reps), I feel that I have to explode from the bottom. As if I am trying to prevent acceleration as much as I can by going at my max speed from the start. But, some acceleration does occur, esp near the top.

How many sets do you normally do?
I do pullups on my chest/back day.

usually 3 sets.

- get 15-20 on set 1
- only 10-12 on set 2 and 3 because of fatigue.

Sometimes I'll add a weight, but haven't done this in a while.
