“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I’m living my peak singlehood. In the Before Times, I was always casually seeing and/or fighting with some lucky man. Now, for the first time in my life, I’m not only single; I’m incapable of changing that. Meanwhile, romantic cohabitators have ascended into the most heightened form of coupledom.
There isn’t space anymore for the type of dating I used to like best: casual, in between. The only two options left are Alone and Together.
my opinion: Honey, you better hope your eggs don't expire before COVID goes away.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

There has always been a gulf between single & unattached people and people in relationships. Very few social circles will have single/unattached people and married people in them. Unmarried, established couples have dual citizenship. They can fit in with the marrieds, and they are not usually too far removed to have some single & unattached people in their circles, but the longer they stay together, the fewer single & unattached people they'll know.

Quarantine was worst for the single & unattached people. Also, the post COVID mating environment is going to be rather tricky to navigate. The mating environment was already bad pre-COVID, but COVID is putting in a new layer of challenge. There's going to be two strong forces at play....

1. The societal programming of mask wearing and physical distancing
2. The pent up sexual demand from quarantining alone and having a lot of new singles on the market with a lot of divorces and breakups occurring due to COVID.

It'll be fascinating to see how it all plays out.

Notice how in the article, the younger woman in her 20's is talking about how it's hard to imagine a night without her significant other, while the older woman is talking about how the issues in her marriage are now heightened due to the quarantine.

the "honeymoon" phase in relationships always ends. This woman who is writing this article won't feel so bad 8 years down the line (or sooner) when she's still standing but her previously happy friend is divorcing. she needs to stop looking at social media and realize that COVID is going to have long term implications for people who think they are blissfully happy right now. When women in their mid 20's are in some relationship that seems "perfect", they often end up crying later that "he wasn't who i thought he was" or some bs like that.

The honeymoon phase is usually 6 months to 2 years at most. There can still be a good relationship post honeymoon phase, but it's rare that you'll see a meaningful sexual relationship lasting more than 5 years. Once a relationship hits 5 years, the couple can often be considered glorified roommates who only have sex a couple times a month.

A lot of longer term couples with weak, glorified roommate type relationships are either breaking up or divorcing due to Coronavirus.
