This girl is in no way above a 6.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
True story lolWhat a woman says and what she responds to are two completely, polar opposite, different things.
I respond with:That's not insane to say I prefer a straight man... a man that is not married ... a man that's dating 40 women. If you think that's insane then you are crazy.
It's not at all....but omggg why does your profile read that way lol? It's like I'm applying for a damn Analyst position at Goldman Sachs lol!
If she replies back ask her what brought her to join and stay on a free dating site full of married, bisexual fun boys, that date 40 women at the same time? And in the same reply tell her it's like you yourself spending a several months vacation in a brothel asking everyone where have all the good girls gone? This chick just responded back to me on POF saying:
I respond with:
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
To be honest her reply to him was logical. But her residing on a site of in her own words married, switch hitting bisexual fruitcakes that date 40 other women and possibly questionable looking "women" isn't.There's nothing wrong with thick, but she's fat and ugly. Basically a 4/10 with clearly some mental illness along the lines of extreme narcissism.
I just couldn't take another second of POF. And no, IDGAF what chest thumping fakers and ex-cons are saying in keeping with their internet alter-egos about how it's always you. This girl is EVIDENCE that the market is CLEARLY effed up. Between the man who bangs THAT so he can brag about the notch online under an anonymous persona, and the man who refuses to even dignify this ridiculous woman, who is the weaker man?
You already know what it is @Tenacity . Without going full Elliot Rodger postal, feel free put these jezebels in their place. Tell her that she's absurd, that the wall is coming and she WILL end up a lonely old cat lady. And it won't be a case of "where have all the good men gone?". It'll be HER fault for getting 3,000 messages a month but not locking one down because she was the equivalent of a heroin addict. Rest assured this woman also has Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Tinder, and OkCupid. If she gets 100 messages per day per app, between these 6 apps, that's 21,000 messages per month.
Damn, I am jealous. I want a fan club too!Legend has certified experience with 3's. He dated several 3's with third legs during his prison stint.
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
For god's sake, don't do this @TenacityTenacity thinks she's cute. His opinion is the only one that counts.
Ok let's stir the pot a bit. She's jaded right? Obviously. @Tenacity is also jaded right? Obviously.
She actually responded to you calling her out. So she checked out your profile, saw something that appeals to her & responded.
Why not cut through all the BS. Tell her "Look, underneath all that jaded rhetoric on your profile maybe you're a cool girl. I'm jaded about the women I'm running across too because I've worked hard to get where I am."
"I'm up for going for coffee to chat & maybe there's common ground. I'm not up for pen pals & your time & my time is valuable. How's Tuesday after work? (Or whatever)"
If she has coffee with you, give her your list you put on here all the time. See if she qualifies herself to you.
I double dog dare you.
The chick might not even want to meet Tenacity in the first place. I see absolutely no reason to get worked up over a chicks profile as she's nothing more than a picture on your screen you don't know from a can of paint. For god's sake, don't do this @Tenacity
I try to be respectful to the women on here, but this is just awful. You are telling him to do exactly what I have spent 4 years on this forum trying to convince guys not to do: reward bad behavior. She's a fat girl with a bad attitude, i.e. NOTHING to offer, but Tenacity who makes 100k a year and has a 6 pack should ask her out to coffee? She should be happy if Steve Urkel took an interest in her!
What is it red pill men say about well intended women never betraying the tribe, even if they mean well? I have no doubt you are full of empathy BeExcellent, but no woman could never understand this equation through the lens of a man.
This girl are Tenacity are NOT equal sides of the same coin. It's not a wash because they're "both jaded". Her profile and millions of others like it is the cause, and Tenacity's jadedness is the effect.
I understand what you're saying, but you're rather lucky you figured it out young. This kind of female entitlement that permeates every aspect of our society has ruined many a man's lives, and sent many to an early grave. Some invested way too much anddidn't learn what you know now until 50 years old. By then it was too late. The chick might not even want to meet Tenacity in the first place. I'd probably just bs with the chick a bit to amuse myself get bored and either stop responding or if she stopped it wouldn't matter as I'd have already sent emails to other pictures on the screen to see where their heads were at. Then went out with friends.
investing negative mental energy in trivial shyt like chicks pof profiles is a waste of time. I prefer to just laugh at the nonsense.
it's like putting up a profile saying I don't want overweight chicks, nut jobs etc. then some chicks go crazy in anger over it. I'd just laugh. only real problem is if a person goes on a site and knows all the people contacting them are what they don't want yet stay there regardless.
Tenacity should have asked her logical questions: If all these dudes on pof are people you don't want why aren't you leaving? And even more important how many emails has she actually sent HERSELF to guys who fit her "wants" instead of just sitting back behind her list of requirements?
I'd be willing to bet she's hardly if at all searched herself and emailed guys who are the exact opposite of what she doesn't want.
If dudes weren't aware that divorces happen, some chicks have entitlements, others are nuts, people break up, not every chick is going to like them like they feel entitled to as well as some people aren't always out for your best interests but theirs and so on, I'd seriously have to ask those dudes what planet they were living on for the x number of years since they were born.I understand what you're saying, but you're rather lucky you figured it out young. Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
There are two reasons why these men were so easily fooled, and I am not excusing their ignorance merely explaining why I think it happens this way.If dudes weren't aware that divorces happen, some chicks have entitlements, others are nuts, people break up, not every chick is going to like them like they feel entitled to as well as some people aren't always out for your best interests but theirs and so on, I'd seriously have to ask those dudes what planet they were living on for the x number of years since they were born.
@BlueAlpha1 you miss my point entirely. I'm not suggesting @Tenacity marry this chick or anything of the sort. I'm suggesting he test the theory that women (exemplified by the particular chick) may not know what they want and may not realize what they respond to.For god's sake, don't do this @Tenacity
