“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

So i can't bench because i hurt my shoulder.

I heard that if you do "big lifts" it will effect your whole body.

So does that mean that if i only do squats and deadlifts, by the time my shoulder gets better, i'll be able to bench more than i did before?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Your chest might grow from just doing squats and deadlifts but your bench won't necessarily go up as you are not training the move itself. But the added muscle will help you progress quicker when you do start benching again

I'm really starting to think people need to take care of their shoulder issues. It just seems so many people have problems and a lot that don't hurt yet are just asking for it to start hurting sooner or later given how inflexible their shoulders are.

I'm currently fixing my shoulders that slump forward through stretches and stuff and in about 4 days i'm already slumping less. Luckily i am fairly flexible already but there is some impingement and one side is slightly less flexible than the other.

I remember walking the indoor track in college and would have people make fun of me for stretching my arms behind my back and over my head and doing arm circles and things like that while i walked around... but at least it's paid off since wayyy too many people can't even touch their elbows together or touch their hands behind their back.

mrRukus what stretches do you reccomend? I think I might be ok because I can touch my hands behind my back.

Do you have a link to this presentation? Professional trainers of olympic athletes are advising that you do not stretch? what reasons do they give? I'd like to watch the presentation if you would link it.
