changing your accent?

Any pointers on how one can change your accent? Any books or tapes that you guys recommend?

Thing is, I used to have this cool ass british accent when I was younger, but then I started out hanging out with americans, so now I got this weird accent that is a cross between Yank-canadian. People always ask me if I'm from Canada, even the States sometimes, even though I'm from Norway.

It kinda sucks major balls. I just want to go back to my normal sweet british accent.

Any tips would be much appreciated.

You know how to talk the way you used to talk.
The only problem is that you're afraid of the way your friends and family will react to it.

Stop worrying about them and just start talking like that.

i used to have a personal trainer, which was from london. I had mistaken him as an Aussie at first
