"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hi everybody, I need some help.
My girlfriend used to take the pill but we broke up and she quit. Now we're back together but she's not taking it again. We've just had a conversation about it and she said that it's because the pill makes her fat.

Actually, since she quit, she's lost some weight and actually looks better. Anyway, she's pretty hot anyway, so I don't mind at all if she's a 8 or a 8.5.

She thinks that she's maybe a 6 face-wise, but she really believes she's a fat whale. The fact is, she's not, she's 5'5 and 120-125 lbs, which is not fat at all. She just has big tits and large hips, but curvy girls are awesome.

How can I make her understand that she's beautiful and, most important, not fat?

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

i have found that the weight subject is very sensitive with girls, one wrong move and are off the cliff, its best to find a friend of yours and hers, and ask the friend to explain it to her.
Good luck

As the above poster said, weight is an extremely touchy subject with many girls, even girls who aren't the least bit fat. I have seen girls that are as skinny as a stick think that they are fat, simply because society has ingrained the idea so deeply into their heads.

It sounds to me like this girl has rather low self-esteem. She may be hot as hell, but her beliefs aren't logical, they're based on what she feels is true. It's really very easy to trick the human mind into believing anything with enough repetition. Just having someone tell her that she looks good won't help, because even if she agrees with you logically, her subconscious won't believe it.

On the other hand, if you sincerely tell her she's beautiful, it will make her feel like a million bucks. Don't try to make her "understand" it, try to make her feel it. :)

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

She could just be bull****ing you.

That's what I had thought in first place. However, I've finally managed to talk her into the pill and she's accepted, just when she was sure that I find her awesome even with a couple of lbs more.
She used to be anorexic in Junior High and she doesn't eat a lot yet; I've told her that lack of exercise is what doesn't let her lose weight, but she hasn't much time free, since she attends a really tough High School. She's joined a swimming pool by the time she quit using the pill and she thinks that the lost weight is due to quitting the pill rather than swimming.

To me is sounds like shes fishing for compliments. I hate this.

When a girl starts pulling that "I'm fat" stuff, I start being a nutritionist. I ask her if she seriously thinks so, and if she's willing to do somthing about it. If not, I tell her to stop complaining. If she is, then I guide her a little bit. Give her some nutrition guidance. I help her out with making an exercise routine, even offer to let her lift with me. (Not exactly with me, can't afford to waste that much time.) Working out is a huge plus with a girl. You get to show off without being obvious. Just don't get carried away. Also, she will begin to feel better about herself without you going all sappy.

haha If you're any good that'll just leave her happy and bowlegged for a while. Once the toes uncurl and the euphoria wears off, she's back to thinking she's fat.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
