Hey Guys so I've been roaming the site now for awhile and it's finally time to post up a log. Here's a little background I'm 21, 5'8" currently 155 want to get up to at least 175.

My workout is this so far.

Workout A

Leg Press
Smith Machine Squats
Pulldowns wide overhand and close underhand grip
Chin ups

Workout B

Bench Press
Dips
Military Press
Lateral Raise

Any advice is more than welcome. I'll try to post my diet later.

Today's workout.

Leg Press 3x10 at 230

Smith Machine Squats 3x15 at 65 (starting low)

Overhand Wide Lat Pulldown 2x8 at 100

Underhand Close Lat Pulldown 2x7 at 100

Chin ups 2 x failure then assisted until failure. I got 3 unassisted, then 6 assisted the first time then 2 unassisted and 5 assisted the second set.

Bench Press 3x8 105

Dips till failure First set:6 Second set: 4 Third set: assisted till failure 12

Military DB Press 3x8 30

Lateral Raise 2x8 10
