Feeling a little curious tonight, but how many of y'all workout with chains when benching, squatting, dead lifting, incline?

I use em for benching quite a bit, every 2 to 3 weeks. It's definitely a different feeling, with the weight changing throughout the rep and all. I think it helps explosiveness. If you have access to them I highly recommend trying them out.

I used to when powerlifting. Chains dont really have any bodybuilding utility but they will develop stability and better control with heavy weights. I think they are great for all-around strength. Make sure the chains deload almost completely from the floor at the top of your lift.

True true. When we use them, it's usually to build explosiveness. And I think it definitely does feel different.
