Some 'interesting' views on Italy in this thread.

Maybe it's an American thing, but it isn't held in such high regard in the UK..

As for them wearing less clothes as warmer, maybe in the far South (which is economically poor compared to north), but the further up you go, the seasons are very similar to central Europe and even UK. Rains, cold and bit of snow from October through till Easter. So they certainly aren't walking around half naked or enjoying perfect climates mostvthe year.

As a generalisan Italians do seem to have this unique confident, attractive way of holding themselves, but having spent time there, they also have their fair share of greasy, slimey, unattractive slobs and murky underclass.

And its far from a case of them living in beautiful surroundings. most live in sh1tty worn down areas/apartments in inner cities. Vast majority certainly arent sipping fine wines, wearing pretty dresses from a patio, surrounded by beautiful countryside all year round. Those are the kind of places tourists travel to and pay highly for. In the same way you'd pay highly to stay at the most scenic areas in the UK.

I strongly disagree with you there. From my experience having known a lot of Brits, having stayed in the UK for a summer, and met a few Brits traveling to the US, I am willing to say that the Brits worship Italians to some degree. Might have changed with the Euro but the Brits no doubt seem to have a fetish for the Italians which is understandable since British women are arguably some of the very more hideous overall than Italian women.

At least in the US we have the stereotype of Italians being greasy guidos who are loud and annoying but the Brits seem to worship anything Italian.

This is true. I am a mixture of cultures, also South American/Latin cultures. The difference between white men and Latin men is that in Latin cultures approach is a more natural thing to do. So these men are Simps, but a thin layer of Alpha on it. Especially white women will appreciate this at first.

I grew up like this. A Alpha simp. Many men here went to jail over women , many are dead. Blood brothers killing each other over women. Look at his woman and kinda way and he will feel the urge to prove how alpha he is. For a woman that cheated on him twice , as far as he knows.

Basically a bluepilled macho culture where a man's "worth" completely depends upon women. Let's not forget about the cynical lack of father figures in households , while men must be alpha and thus teach each other more simp tendencies. Dangerous and toxic mix , but yes, some women will love that. Women can literally sell them the London bridge of they want.

Witnessed the same when I started to interact with Latinos and you nailed it on the head. It is good for you to acknowledge this as it takes a lot of self-awareness to see what is wrong in the culture you were raised in. I have seen Hispanic men go miserable, frustrated, and crazy for p*ssy. Talking to women who have dated Latin men of any kind, things like being overly attached and displaying clear nice guy behaviors comes to mind.

All in all, I find that Latin and Southern European people run heavily on emotions but at the same time, benefit from the positive stereotyping by the Anglo media that runs the world so they do not have to take any accountability for their behavior. Even in social situations, I have seen that Latina women openly disrespect people and show little empathy or sensitivity to the environment around them.

It is the opposite of Anglos and Northern Europeans who operate more on logic and facts rather than emotions themselves.

Clerical celibacy is an issue. However, with more and more men incel and MGTOW, there are more men that could theoretically be Catholic priests. Incels and MGTOWs often live in the way the Catholic tradition dictates that priests need to behave in terms of sexuality. I know that dudes on here hype up Latinas a lot and they are popular with certain guys but I have noticed something about women from Catholic backgrounds in all of my years in the game. It seems like Catholicism produces women that are very entitled, think the world owes them everything, pampered, expect a guy to pay for everything, and never go dutch on a date.

In a way, it brings out the worst of both sides of the political spectrum. On one hand you have the "You Go Girl" feminist demeanor where a guy should pay for everything, women should get preferential treatment, and special privileges because they are women. Then on the other hand you have the age old corrupt goody two-shoe religious right that thinks women should be treated like angels and sex before marriage is a sin, often declaring war on men that sleep around.

It seems to produce women that are entitled, sociopathic, and pull from the worst traits of both sides.

There is nothing with a woman remaining a virgin until being wifed up - the problem is trusting a gal when she gives this excuse. I know a guy that was dating a single-mommy Mormon, and she had declared herself "re-virgined".

White Catholics were quite common in the Boomer and Gen X generations. These were mainly Americans with Irish, Italian, or French ancestry.

There are a fair amount of White Millennials who were raised Catholic by their Boomer parents, but became less active in practicing Catholicism as adults.

White Catholics are rapidly aging in the USA. In younger age groups, there are likely more active Hispanic/Latina Catholics than White Catholics.
