"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

For many, many years, I've heard it over and over again when it comes to my dating life. All of my cousins got married at 21/22 and had kids. I'm going to be 30 in three months. Even though there has been a shift in the thinking of most of my friends and family, I've heard it all. Everytime I would tell someone that I was single and wasn't in a committed relationship, I'd hear things like:

- Oh well, the right person is somewhere out there for you.
- Your soulmate is probably out there in the world wondering where "you" are.

And the worst offender:

- It'll happen when you least expect it.

To which I usually respond: A woman's period or diarrhea, in general, seem to happen when you least expect it, would you want to embark in an exclusive relationship with that?

What are some of the cringe-worthy phrases or dialogues you've heard or had in the past about why you were single at the time - at ANY point of your life?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Don't worry, you'll find someone (didnt know I was looking). Or, you must be lonely (no I'm not). Don't wait too long (why not?). You don't want to be the "third wheel" for the rest of your life do you? (I don't have a problem with it, why should you?) We know someone who is also lonely that we could fix you up with (who said I was lonely? Plus, I have my dogs). Catch all when someone says this stuff.....SO WHAT!!!!

Post-divorce conversations have been really interesting...

Them: You'll find a good woman to settle down with
Me: I'm never getting married again.
Them: Yes you will.

WTF? Why are people telling me to put myself at risk for getting fvcked over again? I got off pretty lucky this round. Next time I might not be so lucky.

The gall of some people.
God forbid you want to avoid the same situation or one similar in the future.

Are these conversations happening with people that are currently married? I'd find it hard to believe that any single male would say that to you.

I'm definitely hating how society can shame a man into feeling like a worthless mass of flesh simply because he decides to stay single and not marry nor want to build or expand a family.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

I got it the first time from my dad. He's miserable in his second marriage, but believes that I should still get married again.

The other person who said this to me was my cousin. He split from his wife two years ago and has jumped head-first into a new relationship with a woman whom he argues with daily. They bought a house together, a boat, camper, and all new furniture. And let's not forget the engagement ring. I think he's going off to get married in Vegas this fall. He thinks he got screwed the first time around, it'll be interesting when this one ends (and it will).

These are both men who should have been much more wary especially after having gone through one failed marriage. But I guess they still believe that love conquers all.

In reality, love conquers nothing.

So if I eat sushi for the first time, don't like it, and decide to never eat it again, does that mean I'm bitter? Not at all. The same goes for marriage. I tried it, didn't like it, won't do it again.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

When I was down in Dallas, I met this nice Nigerian fellow who was a colleague of mine. He kept calling me "young man" even though he's 33. He would always tell me that he was afraid it was getting too late for me to get married. I'm 25.

The ironic thing was, this guy hated married life. He'd always be b*tching to me about it. He was away from his wife and kid and seemed to love staying away from them. He'd tell me I need to get married soon, and then with the very next breath, he'd tell me about how awesome life was when he was single.

He told me about how he could spend his money however he felt like, take trips whenever he wanted and basically spend his time any way he pleased. When I asked him why in the hell I would want to get married, he could only say "because that's what people are supposed to do."

I hear "as a Dentist, you must be one of the most eligible men in town,we need to find you a woman". I'm thinking "why you got an old fat friend who needs to be supported?"

NOT saying I won't do it again, but she's going to be something beyond special. As far as dating-just in the top third of women

That's because society is a banker pimp standing behind every woman saying "Spend all the betas money that you can, then screw the pool boy so you can divorce him and get his house and 401K."

Not to insinuate that you are a beta, but so many people hear you have money and think you should be supporting some woman's a$$hole.

Sodbuster, by royal decree of Seizeher, I hereby order you to go buy a brand new Corvette (a ZR1 if you're in the huge money) and never get married again.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

well, shot a decent buck last year. NOT great, but he pizzed me off. I'd make about a mile and a half walk to get to where I could look at him. then he'd be 300 yards into a neighbors pasture[no permission there] Did it to me about 3 times. When I finally found him on our land...

As far as the car, bought an 09 GMC Sierra. Wouldn't mind a 'vette, but I'm not willing to pay the price[kind of like most women in the area]. Bought land instead. Looks like they will put a wind farm in the area,so it could turn out good[they paid us cash already-not much, but money talks and BS walks]

1 looks to be coming back on the line, not LTR material[ex GF who wouldn't give up her cat], 3 or 4 others are possibles[about 1 possible LTR there]but not doable yet[need more training in what I'll put up with]. Several trophy's around, but they mostly have pets-a problem[Want to PET something, got it right in my pocket. Also allergic to them so I feel like I have a head cold all day if I'm around them-no woman is worth that as far as I'm concerned]Haven't found one that fits MY life-yet.

I've been out of town about 11 of the last 12 weekends-family vacation, traveling soccer team, farming,Going to watch the Minnesota Twins play[6 hour drive-1 way],school reunions, etc. Don't try to hit it when the kids are over[half the time]. SO, it sounds like an excuse, but "life has gotten in the way of me getting laid"

Who are you people hanging around with that are telling you this kind of crap? I personally flaunt my bachelor status.

you can at 26. When you start hitting your 30's societal pressure will ramp up. You'll start to get "do you hate women?","are you gay?",etc, etc,. Right now society doesn't EXPECT you to marry-yet.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
