“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I'm 6' and weigh 160 pounds. I indeed to start bulking up as soon as I start college and have access to the Gym. I've read through Diesel's guide and noticed he said absolutely no cardio. However, I'm going into aviation and have to stay in shape to keep my medical and I have heart disease in my family. I'd like to do some swimming to try to get into shape and help prevent such a problem. How much cardio should I do to keep in shape while not impeding on my bulking? Could I use something like hand weights to help with the bulking while still getting the cardio exercise? Thanks a lot.

I'm in almost the same exact position as you, and I'm not posting to answer your question, but rather to seek an answer for myself. I'm beginning to bulk tomorrow but I definitely need to keep my cardio health in shape, as I play football for my HS.

So...to anybody who *does* have answers: thanks.

When it comes to cardio HIIT training has been proven to be most effective without loosing too much muscle in the process. HIIT means you train in intervals going slowly and then increase intensity of the training for a while and then decrease intensity. Do a search about it for more details. HIIT can be applied to almost any cardio exercise.

The amount I am not 100% sure. I travel 14 km every day with my bicycle and on top of that do one pass om HIIT-training. I have been able to gain some muscle in the process. So I think 1-2 HIIT passes per week and 2-3 passes of strength training should be possible for anyone. Just listen to what your body tells you. If you feel depressed, tired, have no strenght or just lack any motivation for training, then you are training too much.

Try to keep it to a minimum and don't do cardio and weight training on the same day.

Maybe once or twice a week up to 45 minutes.

NO WAY, 45 minutes is way too much, you will eat your muscles away!!! Start with 4 minutes HIIT training and increase gradually up to 15 minutes.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
