“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

not necesserily. when you are cutting, you lower your carb intake, and as result you need to eat more protein. I personally do clean bulks and don't bother with bulking / cutting phases, but if I were to do it that way, I'd definetly spike up my protein intake. when you're eating less carbs in order to cut, your body turns to protein for energy, and as a result you need to eat more of it.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

LOL .. I know whatcha mean mate.

360g-450g daily is what I aim for, depending on whether I want to get bigger or not.

And yeah, it's difficult but consider that 12 eggs, 3 cans of tuna, and 1lb of lean steak mince can account for a good 300g or so for what, less than four quid a day?

And that's without adding everyday stuff like milk, bread and the proteins in carb foods, and discounting protein powder too.. not difficult to get that protein in quite cheaply after all.

Why is lowering carbs important to cut? Does it really matter what type of food you eat as long as you have a calorie deficit? I'm not saying you can just eat junk but from what I know the only problem with eating carbs is that the general portions people eat of carbs end up totaling a bunch of calories.

Simply because you can't afford to drop too much (if any) protein from your diet, and you shouldn't be taking in so much fat that you can afford to drop any of this either (besides, an increased EFA intake is beneficial to losing bodyfat) .. hence, carbs are usually sacrificed.

You have a point in that you can drop some of each macro and still lose weight, but WHAT you drop makes a difference in what kind of weight you'll lose ..

It's still not ONLY a case of macros mate, it's about making sure all your food goes toward muscle growth or is excreted, ensuring that the absolute minimum is put into adipose, then cardio at the optimum time to burn existing fat stores - which shouldn't be added to during the day - thereby losing bodyfat (slowly) over time.

yeah alex, that's what I meant. In terms of the fact that "cutting" typically means to drop bodyfat.

As we've said, it's possible to drop bodyfat while throwing on muscle, which means it's possible to "cut" at a calorie surplus....

From my understanding, the thing that is not possible is to "lose weight" while at a calorie surplus... because something's gonna be building, be it fat, or muscle.

Yeah, lol. I remember I used to look at my waist/love handles and watch them fine down and think "Woohoo!" then get on the scales and find I hadn't dropped any weight at all, and I was like "What?!" .. the scales will mess with your head, but the mirror/tape measure never lies.

(okay, sometimes even the mirror does.)

LOL .. only just noticed mate?

I visit that forum nearly daily. But I've memorised most of the stuff so it doesn't matter that they've gone.. and if you Google for them you can find most of the info from other sources.
