“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I've been slacking on my cardio and want to start doing it again. Am I right in thinking it's best to do it after a lifting session?

If so, I usually have a protein shake right after I'm done lifting...should I down that and THEN do cardio or wait till I'm done with the cardio for my shake? Thanks

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Don't overthink it.

Best times for cardio IMO are

1) before breakfast
2) immediately after a workout
3) separate session a couple hours after a workout

its good to do a light jog since you may be already tired as it is. I recommend cardio on non-lifting days...

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
