“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey all. I've been working on my bulking diet, and the diet just happens to work out to having 70g of fiber. Should I consider this 70g of carbs to be a wash because they're not digested, and add 70 more? I've always been confused about this whole thing. Thanks.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Fiber is a carbohydrate that has no calories. The fiber from vegies is very important to a good diet (70g though is a bit excessive), but if you're trying to add more calories from carbs, find a clean starch like potatoes, brown rice, or whole grain bread.

Yeah, I wasn't going for 70g of fiber, it just ended up that way with all of the little things just adding up. Thanks though. I think I'm just going to rework the carbs a bit.

Excuse me, but fiber is cellulose, which is a sugar polimer made of the same kind of sugar as starch or glycogen, so it theoretically has the same amiunt of calories.

It just cant be broken down by your body so you cant use that energy, so yes, add 70g of useful carbohydrates.

Fiber is still important though, it helps you make a good ****.
