I feel like the older I get and the more my partner count increases, it's very difficult to maintain good sex with the same girl more than a few times......only new women excite me enough abd lately that has even lost its luster....

eh, I'm in the same boat OP... the more chicks I bang, the less I can bang one for any extended period of time. I think one starts conflating sex with excitement. Once the novelty and slight "danger" of banging a new girl wears off, so does the excitement, and therefore the libido.

Not sure how to solve it. Or if I even want to
