Can't figure out a way to get her

So I REALLY like my doctors secretary.
I come into a orthopedics office and I see her beautiful glance right away.
The office is fully packed, a lot of patients.
The girl is behind the glass and there are 3 other secretaries there, I go directly to her to give my info.
We smiled made a little eye contact and she put me In the line before most people and told me "see I got you in quickly".

I have an appointment in a week it's always so busy plus so many co workers I don't know how to approach and pick her up?
She is so cute and classy though.
