"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Usually when I drink I puke most of it up anyways so I don't get that tipsy. So last night I drank pretty slow ( 2 hard mikes while sipping Captain Morgan and Coke). But I still puked it up and in essence didn't get very wasted. What should I do to keep it down?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

"beer before liquor, never been sicker; liquor before beer you're in the clear."

this is a false statement but the problem that most people have such as yourself is that they can't keep track of your liquor.

stick to beer for now. You will know when you have had enough.

Mike's hard is for girls. keep it that way.:D

Ok. I kinda used to have this sort of problem. I mean i used to throw up alot, be it in the club toilet, or the next morning.

I dunno. Is it beer that's not doing it for you? Maybe you should try having 1 beer, then have vodka & cokes (or whatever you like) for the rest of the night. Also, maybe have a glass of water to sip occasinally through out th night. That can help.

Or, maybe you should start taking Ecstacy. You'll get higher than alcohol will ever take you, plus you wont have to drink that much!

Dont mix...

I have thrown up because of drinking 2 times in my life... and sometimes when I drink, I drink like a fish... but the ONLY 2 times that I threw up because of drinking were the times when I MIXED my drinks. so DONT MIX and you should be fine, I think:rolleyes: ;)

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Eat and drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration and throwing up.

Well I have had that problem before. I LOVE wiskey, but, it turns my stomach, every time. I have to have a chaser with the first few shots. If im mixing then no big deal. Try drinking clear liquor to get more used to drinking. A good starter drink would be just beer or MY favorite...the screwdriver(vodka and OJ).

Good luck on your blossoming drinking career.....bottoms up!!!

Personally... I would rather take vomit over drained spinal fluid. :)

Don’t be an idiot. Ecstacy stops a person's awareness of internal heating. Someone can quite easily pass out and die from exhaustion. Furthermore, the effects of ecstacy are permanent, as it steadily forever depletes your ability to be happy and destroys your capacity for memory.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

same... I could drink more than half of a regular sized bottle, and i wont throw up, but then if i mix liquors i do. The only time ive puked was when i mixed a lot of drinks, then i learned my lesson.
