cant develope high value mindset

I can't develope a high value mindset. It could have something to do with my belief system. I can't stop myself from believing that other people are just as important as me. They only live once just like their life is just as important as mine. There was a time though that I did feel alpha but that was when I was on prohormones. When I was on prohormones I just felt all around good for myself and was more willing to take risks. So maybe its the way I feel naturally that is keeping me back. I don't beleive I can change way I feel natural just by thoughts and a change in my belief system. I don't know what to do.

You feel like that because of your beliefs. Drugs will make you feel better for a period of time but this is a short term fix and doesn't change anything in the long term.


To develop a high value mindset you must first know what it is. Do you know what it is? I mean do you know some characteristics of it? You need to have a clear idea in your mind of what it is. Learn what it is an then apply it. Keep applying it until it sinks into your subconscious and becomes natural. I'm doing it. It takes time but it's well worth it.

Other people are as important as you but in there reality. In your reality(by reality i mean inside your own head) you are the only person that matters. All that you do not see when you look in the mirror are beneath you.

Also high value doesnt neccissarily come from thinking your better than anyone else. It helps to do high value things. Treat yourself like you love yourself.
Someone who loved thereself would eat healthy and workout. Because they want to be healthy and stay fit. Someone who loved yourself would be sharp in there appearance.. because they love themselves and want to look good for them.
Contrary to popular belief loving oneself is not a crime and is actually a good thing.
Just remember that YOU are the ruler of your destiny your own president so to speak and your body is the nation you rule. Are you a 3rd world country or a world power?
