Just in case you didn't know. You can get a STD from any time body fluids are exchanged. The odds aren't that high but it's still possible. Best to know what kind of girl she is before you stick your head between her thighs.
Cunnilingus is the "safest" form of sex, but that's not saying much. Herpes, hpv, and thrush can easily be passed through eating a girl out, other things like gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis can be transmitted, but are much more difficult to catch. BTW, hpv is now strongly linked to oral cancer, and something like 75% of women have hpv.

HPV is not something you should worry about. It only causes cancer in women and you will develope antibodies that will fight it.
As for the OP's question. Yes you can get it that way, but it's highly unlikely you'll get anything. I personally don't like to go down on women, because it seems unsanitary.
