I submitted a help ticket but didn't get a reply yet.

I'm about to travel for a week and may not see it.

I hope this isn't against the rules, but I didn't see anything about this topic.

Worst case scenario, I get banned, and remake an account with the name I want. (jk lol)

Yeah, PM the admin mentioned in the reply above. He may not get around to doing it before you're leaving though.

Fortunately it's not against the forum rules to request a name change, so you won't be banned or get any other punishment.
