“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

LONG post ahead! Sorry! Read first and last two paragraphs to get jist of it, read rest to see why I'm having problems just dumping her ass and how she hurt me.

Here's the situation: I've fallen for a friend. This is typical of me when I'm not looking for a relationship or whatever; I ignore the physical aspect, connect on an intellectual level and THEN fall head over heals if she's good looking and there's a spark.

When I started university last year, I met someone who was VERY similar to me: we're both writers, both interested in the same things, etc, etc, sob-story. She asked me out for coffee and junk a few times and we got to really find out just how similar we are, but she talked about her ex back then so I never made a move, thinking she was still seeing him. When I found out she was talking about an EX-boyfriend, I didn't realise she's got issues (this is well-before I became a Don Juannabe), I just noticed she was single and decided to ask her out and only later realized how stupidly "practical" I made my delivered proposal sound. She naturally gave me the "you're like a big brother!" speech. Oh well.

Like I said, I fell for a FRIEND, so I didn't just end our relationship then and there because she turned me down. We became closer unintentionally, but more as best friends. Every week, after a night course, we'd go out with two other friends for dinner and chat. I assumed this tradition was going to remain the same after the summer break since we again all had a night course once a week, but was pleasantly surprised to find out she only asked me out. We went to a nicer restaurant then normal and walked there, instead of take the metro/subway as was last year's custom, in order to make the evening last longer.

Over the previous year, while best friends after I had asked her out, we had talked about what we looked for in relationships and partners, etc, while trading sob stories and dissing EXs; typical relationship talks between best friends. Anyway, this particular evening she was always leaning far over the table and reaching over to hold my hand. We had one of our typical relationship talks, except her answers, which she aware I already knew everything about, had DRASTICALLY changed:

She was now looking for everything I look for in a relationship WORD-FOR-WORD. Her perfect guy was verbatim description of me. I thought she was testing me to see if I was still interested after all this time, which I was, so I started to flirt back. She REALLY liked this.

Then randomly, at the end of the conversation before I was going to make a move (make plans for a date, or whatever), she starts talking about how she can get this **** buddy of hers to make the next step. "He's sooo this! He's soooo that! What if I scare him away? How do I tell him I want all this?" I giver her the adivce, because I didn't know to react with showing I felt completey hurt, and the evening ends there.

I hoped she was playing hard to get, but the next week after class he was waiting for her to take back to his place. They did it, she tried to change from **** buddies and broke up. She hates him and we're having typical Slam-the-EX conversation and itgoes the route of "Why can't I ever meet a guy like you? All I want is someone who does X like you do, who is Y like you are, who's as good looking you are... How hard can it be to find YOU?!"

WHOA. So I figure here's my chance. She says she wants to be platonic, and has cancelled EVERY meeting we were to have ever this year since. We had a few e-mails and chance meetings, but that's it. I move on, and so has she. We're both Narnia fans, so when she tells me she's been seeing movies with a new guy (ie: they're not serious yet), I joke that I reserve the film-adaptation of Narnia, and she not only accepts, but all but demands that we make a day of it: go out to lunch, see Narnia, another movie, go out to dinner. Since I live so damned far from the school, she also wants me to stay the night at her apartment.

Guess what? Surprise, surprise, she cancelled. She e-mails me insisting that she is NOT blowing me off (did I tell her she was?), and that she'll call me early the following week to reschedule the day. That phone call should have been Monday/Tuesday at the latest, and she has yet to even e-mail me.

I know she's treating me like ****, so I replied to her "I SWEAR I'm NOT blowing you off!" e-mail with a link to a trailer of a movie we're dieing to see this summer, in order to make it appear like I was unphased by her cruelty.

HELP ME GET OVER HER!!! This is not a normal woman! Other things to note is that she's only attracted to father-figures and guys we all know (even her)will treat her like crap. Since I'm youngr and treat her like a human being, I see now that she's fallen for me on an intellectual and emotional level ONLY, which is probably why she had **** buddies when she was "only going out as friends" with me for well over a year. Best friends aside, we still went ALONE for coffee, ALONE to restaurants, ALONE to book readings...

SAVE ME! I KNOW she's just going to keep messing with me and that I'll never have a chance since she's the one with the issues, but I can't get over her (something that's made me miss out on chances with two 9s already since I was unknowingly comparing them to her). Now she's not even treating me like a best friend; she's more of a fair weather friend, only coming to me when she needs me to fulfill her emotional needs. How the fvck do I get over her?!

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

It's more like ONE ANDAHA FIS. I still date and get laid and stuff, but I can't seem to move on emotionally because she keeps giving me false hope. What's weird is I KNOW she's screwing with me emotionally, so I should be able to get over her, no?

I'll double check the DJ Bible in case, though. :p

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

My question was how should I contact TD: through PM or e-mail? I sent him a PM so far.

I don't know what "chode" means. "10,000 approaches in under 4 years," what? Where did this sentence come from, and what was it referring to? THAT'S my confusion.

I just don't get the slang, fool! I told you: I've been dating without problems before getting hung up on this one girl so I've never used sites like this before now. How could I know the lingo by heart already?

If I'm pissing you off so DAMNED much for not knowing what "chode" means, just tell me, you twit! And learn to punctuate while you're at it.

Thanks. I figured he was using lingo I wasn't familiar with and just got upset that I didn't know it.

As for your advice, you're probably right. I was just wondering if anybody had any advice to give that helps a guy get over someone.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Yeah I know the feeling, you need a lot of emotional support to get over it, you believe it is so perfect, but you feel bad, so there is no possibility it truly is!

You are NOT being a challenge, and thats where your problem is, your handing yourself to her and giving her nothing to be excited about... laying in bed all day or sitting on a couch, eating dinner, being at a party... If you do nothing that makes YOU special in her eyes while also having the good qualities you will have no chemistry... just platonic friends

You chase the other girls, and than SHE walks into the room... basically pavel's dog, you start drooling over her and you keep rolling over, sitting down, playing dead, and speaking for her, until she gets board... than you go back to your regular life again

You need to live a regular life always.

There's more to it than what I provided, though I clearly screwed up the first impression a year ago since I wasn't into her back then, so I really don't think it's me since I have been doing things that get her interested in me.

Then she randomly pulls **** on me like that prior to our dates (she goes out of her reschedule). Do you think she's afraid of commitment and hurting me unintentionally as a result?

The problem, now that I think about it, is that we're friends. Should I stop being her friend too? Then I'd avoid the Pavlov's dogs analogy from occuring, but would lose a good friend in the process.

Dayspring: I can actually help you out of this, but I'm not certain you have the discipline or the will-power. You're not ugly enough inside to bring the thunder to her marrow. You're waaay-waaay too nice, and what I will require of you will be for you to morph into the Devil. Right now you're too clean, you're too safe, you're too predictable, you have a gleam in your eyes, and you have a heart of gold. We gotta shed all of that purity out of you, and cloak you in black - with a sickle in your left hand.

Get your mind right, and when you're ready for greatness, come seek me out. I pop-up around here, every so often.

Gladly. Remember, you asked for it.

She naturally gave me the "you're like a big brother!" speech.
"Naturally" is right. The error you made here is in being a "friend" to her, instead of letting your real nature and desires be known from the start. It's what we call the Friends Zone, or LJBF (Let's Just Be Friends). Once you've found yourself in the Friends Zone, escape is difficult if not impossible. You have only two real choices:

1. Walk away completely, making it clear to her that you want more than friendship and will NOT settle for just friendship with her. Stand your ground on this.

2. Continue to be her "friend" while she dates and humps other guys and whines to you about them. Sorry, but once a "friendship" like this has been established, that becomes the permanent image she has of you. In her mind, you may as well have been castrated.

Like I said, I fell for a FRIEND, so I didn't just end our relationship then and there because she turned me down. We became closer unintentionally, but more as best friends.
This happens every day. Even though you want more and she knows it, she also knows that you'll stick around and be her emotional tampon because you.....TADA!...."value the friendship." Been there, done that.

Her perfect guy was verbatim description of me.

.......................................................................

She hates him and we're having typical Slam-the-EX conversation and it goes the route of "Why can't I ever meet a guy like you? All I want is someone who does X like you do, who is Y like you are, who's as good looking you are... How hard can it be to find YOU?!"
I heard this speech almost verbatim years ago. It went along the lines of, "You're a diamond in the rough" (for SOMEONE ELSE, of course), "any girl would be soooo lucky to have you" (except ME, of course), "Someday you'll make some lucky girl a wonderful husband" (Some OTHER GIRL, of course)."

Are you seeing the pattern here? To answer her question for both of you, no, it isn't hard to find YOU at all, because YOU are standing right in front of her. The bottom line is that she isn't attracted to you. Sorry to break it to you. What women want "intellectually" never matches what they want naturally and genetically.

HELP ME GET OVER HER!!! This is not a normal woman! Other things to note is that she's only attracted to father-figures and guys we all know (even her)will treat her like crap.
WRONG. She IS a normal woman. In fact, she's a TYPICAL woman! Look, you desperately need to read the DJ Bible! It explains why women go for men that mistreat them.

Even if I could, I wouldn't. Some things you have to do for yourself. As my favorite coach, Paul "Bear" Bryant, once said, "The price of victory is high, but so are the rewards." You need to find this reward.

I KNOW she's just going to keep messing with me and that I'll never have a chance since she's the one with the issues....
Then DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

....but I can't get over her (something that's made me miss out on chances with two 9s already since I was unknowingly comparing them to her). Now she's not even treating me like a best friend; she's more of a fair weather friend, only coming to me when she needs me to fulfill her emotional needs. How the fvck do I get over her?!
Yes, you CAN and WILL get over her. Trust me on this. Again, read the DJ Bible. It has the answers you seek.

I guess my problem is that I want to be EITHER her lover OR her friend (since it was as friends that we first established our relationship). The more I type here, however, the more I realise she'll make it bizarrely impossible to return to just friends (even though we were never more than just friends... ).

I have no problems with women, she's just screwing me up. Help me, Anti-Phil! I need to be cruel, even to her, now!

GuitarPlayer: You're right. Looks like I'll have to COMPLETELY walk awa from her. I guess I didn't want to completely give up on her since I don't mind being just friends, provided she acts like a normal friend and not someone who's only looking for a safety-line. I wonder what made her change? :(

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
