I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

No. Wait, give your ribs a week to recuporate.

I advise you to call your doctor and ask.

No you didnt crack it, trust me you didnt, you would not ask this question if you did, cause you have one of two things and I have had them both on the ribs and they hurt really really bad either a bone bruise or torn/damaged rib cartlidge, but nothing like a cracked one does and if you got an x-ray and its cracked I would be completely amazed. When I had the bone bruise it took about a week maybe to heal cause it wasnt to deep and it sounds like thats what you have but a little worse than mine. Or torn rib cartlidge took me about 4 weeks to heal, or more really, but thats cause I played football with it. But I only played football with it taked 3 extra strength ibuprofen per day, otherwise when I wastn on it I could literally hardly breath without wincing. My dad as well as a friend had a cracked rib, and they had to lay right and could not leave bed for about 2 weeks cause would hurt it and they were about to cry just laying there.
