Well, I guess it’s time for me to throw in my 2 cents. All though I don’t like to do it, I believe there can be a situation where a guy is justified in kicking a woman’s a**. That when you let your gal out the house and she ain’t house broke. I’ll tell you what I mean. I was checking into a hotel once and there was a guy in front of me at the desk. Him and his gal got to arguing and after a while, they stopped. Then she kicked him in his ass. A strange feeling came over me. Suddenly, I wanted to kick the guy in his a** too. You can not let your gal embarrass you in public. Generally speaking, it’s not a good idea to hit a woman. But if you allow her to embarrass you out in public, other guys will try to punk you out. I refer you to “The Rules Of The Game” #24

24) A smart woman knows when to shut the **** up. She’s got enough sense not to argue with you in public and force you into a position of having to assert your authority by slapping the **** out of her when that really isn’t what you want to do. She has enough sense to wait till ya’ll get behind closed doors to give you a piece of her mind. You women reading this, please try and understand. Arguing with your man in public is like cutting off his balls. Other guys will see it as weakness on his part. It will be harder for him to defend you against them vultures. He has no alterative but to slap you down, if nothing else so he won’t have to fight all these other mother****ers. So if she hits you, you know you got to beat the shyt out of her.

Here’s another situation. Let’s say that you are black, living in a predominantly black neighborhood and your gal is white. You might be saying niggu this and niggu that all day long in the house and she may get the feeling that she can say it too. If she breaks out with it in public, you got to kick her a**. Everybody knows that I’m telling the truth. See, this is what I mean by house broke. If your gal don’t know how to act at home, don’t take her outside till she does.

I've beaten the sh*t out of plenty of guys who were much bigger then my 6'1" 190. Sarah is 6'2" 147, there's no way she'd even survive a mauling if I put one on her, and I doubt I could live with myself if I did. Especially while rotting in jail.

If a girl is threatening your life she'd first have to have a weapon and anything short of a gun you can take from her. If she does have a gun and is out of arms reach then you'll have to talk to diffuse the situation anyway. But if you're smart, and aren't dating a psycho, then it should never come to that point anyway.

I'd rather be the MAN who knew to walk away before beating a girl who in all likely hood can't handle themself nearly as good as you can in hand to hand combat.

There's nothing wrong with walking away from a girl hitting you. No one will think less of you because you don't have anything to prove physically.

A 5'2 guy with a half a brain would never hit a 6'5 guy because he knows that most likely he can't handle himself as well physically. Just because she's a woman she's allowed to hit a man? I'm in partial ageement with you. I have fought girls in the past but they were fair fights, where the girlswere well equipped. But even in those circumstances I didn't fight to kick their asses, I just fought for a stalemate. Even when it's "justified" I don't feel right about hitting women. I also don't feel right fighting guys who aren't prepared for the engagment they stepped into.

My pops showed me how to fight when i was very young, he served two tours in nam so he showed me how to handle myself pretty well. I opted to take some martial arts when in was in my teens just to refine myself. Not saying I'm the baddest person alive, as I've taken some serious beat downs in my life, but I don't feel good about beating people who are obviously over matched. The ONLY time I'll beat someone into submition is if this person is VERY dangerous and won't stay down. I've never come across a girl who doesn't know when they're in over their head. The girls I have fought have conceded very quickly and I didn't have to deal out any serious damage.

Maybe it's just me, but even if I'm fighting a marine chick, I won't go full bout on them. It's probably a mental block that I've built up over the years, but I just can't do it.
