instead of going to some lose weight place(weight watchers or la weight loss), i think it would be a waste of money cause i only want to lose 15 pounds.
when i go to the gym i do cardio and just lift weights upper body cause my legs are in great shape.

what is a good calorie intake for the day.

i weigh 188 pounds, and i'm 5'11.

Carbs: Current Weight x 1.2 = g/carbs x 4 = calories

Protein: Current Weight x 2 = g/protein x 4 = calories

Fat: 30g of fat/day = 270 calories

add the totals together

And find out your bf%

if your trying to lose weight you do your bodyweightx12 and that should be your calorie intake so for you it would be aournd 2256


when i go to the gym i do cardio and just lift weights upper body cause my legs are in great shape.
cardio awesome keep that up. only doing upper body....you gotta do lower body to my friend your missing out if you don't do that....squats, leg press,etc those are intense exercises that you should be doing

my dad is a doctor and i'm starting to think he's a quak. he said 1100 calories and i'll slim down quick.
