Hey, I'm going to attempt going on a cut for the upcoming summer period and i read through the stickied cutting guides.
It states that at a minimum i should be taking 1600 calories a day, does this still hold true for different heights? I'm 172cm and at an estimated 13-15% bodyfat. (I want to get to 10-12%)
Also, i'd really appreciate a calorie counter or sorts, something that lists how many calories are in what kind of foods, also a protein counter of similar nature listing how much protein can be found in what foods on average.
Also, should my water intake still be the same as what it is now? ~2Litres a day?
So yeah, if someone could help me out with some links or something for the calorie and protein counters, it'd be an awesome thing. I'm just going to pretty much eat the same thing everyday.
