Hi there guys.

I was reading a book about the worst 25 mistakes salesmen do and one of them was not staying in touch with old customers.

I work as a computers tech so I need to sell myself in order to get clients.

The problem is that I don't have a close relationship with most of these people and I feel quite insecure about calling them. And I don't have emails.

I fear I might bother them with the call...

So how do you guys handle this matters?

Thanks!

If you at least kept their contact details and the services that you had provided to them in the past you can always save yourself. In terms of women, it's remembering their name, and a little something about them.

Just make sure that when you call them up, you have a comparative price and an updated quote, along with comments and remembrances from your old contact(if you are dealing with a new buyer).

You need confidence though. If you really want to psyche yourself up, send them an email, just so you know, that they know, who will be calling.
