"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hey fellas, I am visiting Virginia (REston/Herdon) area for the week. Is there anyone out there that I can link up with to show me where all the ladies be hanging?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Yo dee, read the fairfax virginia post. I'd think if you're passing through your best bet is going to DC, Georgetown M-street (Foggy Bottom on the metro)... try Rhinos or other bars there. Or drive out to Adams Morgan. Try ballston, too, I really like it down there. Just take the metro to those places. From reston/herndon, I would find my way to 66 East, take it to Nutley St exit where the metro is and ride that in....

Virginia itself is kinda slow... I guess you could try Arlington... I spent my entire childhood 2-18 in Herndon/Oakton area and there is nothing there for adults. You can try Reston Town center during the day, or Tyson's Corner, but I'd still say your best bet would be DC. PM me if you got any questions or comments. Hope I helped you even though it was a little discombobulated. I just wrote what came to mind. I will be back in the area August 6-15. ~Zappa
