"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Went to a yoga class tonight, dragged my exhausted butt back home and this cute girl passes me as I'm walking.

She looked up at me and gave ME a hard time for walking slow!

It turned into a game until I caught up with her, talked, found out she lives on my block!

Very cute and sassy, I like this one...

I C&F women as much as I can and I like it but the truth is... it does not come totally naturally for me. Will it with more practice?

Damn, the thing that got me about this girl was that she is a "natural"- her whole attitude, tone, and body language was C&F. And totally relaxed..

I'm envious, I want what she's got.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Went for a swim, felt Great coming out of the surf, of course.

So feeling really good, thought about this woman I met at the beach a couple of weeks ago- "Hey!" and there she is in the cookie aisle at the market...

Point is, she got C&Fd nonstop to make up for last night...

She loved it, talked about going to the movies and I said, Why would I want to go to the movies, I do that stuff alone, like museums..

"I'm gonna make you go with me" she says and speeds off.

So, I'm glad about last night, every experience is an opportunity to learn, stretch and build.

Two forward, one back, right?;)

Dude, props!

About C&F. If done wrong it can come off like you're either insecure or just being a d!ck.

See the thing is most guys use it as a way to get back at women for all the times they felt women fukked them over. Like it's a way to FINALLY put the woman in her place. C&F doesn't work if it's coming from a bad place (the wrong mindset).

The goal is to make the interaction PLAYFUL. That's the right place to be coming from: a fun, playful mentality. Then try to be confident with your playfulness. ****y & Funny should be replaced by Confident & Playful.

Anyway, hope that helps!

Makes sense to me.

She reinforced what we're talking about here, telling me how she broke up with a guy after a year because... he was too needy, too dependent, not enough invested in his own life.

I'm discovering a wrinkle that will make staying confident and playful more of a challenge: this woman is very comfortable, as in wealthy; hmm, am it up to it? We shall see. Meanwhile I'm spinning or attempting to spin other plates as much as possible...

I AM having fun with her, and she must be as well if she's threatening me that she's going to make me go out with her...

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
