Yeah it does, think you're meant to change your routine every 12 weeks or something, ive changed from today.Why are you changing? Does your body adapt to the old routine and stop growing?
your body never stops growing when you're doing heavy compound exercises with increasing weight. the only thing is that your progress will be slower with time and finally you will reach your natural limit. but if your work out routine isn't the best then feel free to change =]Originally posted by silverwex
