Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
Cardio daily. Remove alcohol. Limit carbs. Drink enough watercan't get rid of love handles. Working out 3-4 days/wk. Eating mostly chicken. Any suggestions?
Curious. Why do you think so? I assumed a low-fat, low-carb, high-protein diet would be the way to trim fast without looking like a runt.I'd cut the chicken way down and eat mostly fruits and vegetables.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
From my perspective, after reading tons of literature over countless years, and sifting through bro-science, youtube, my own doctors, and all things in between, I've settled on a diet of 80% fruits/vegetables being the best for the modern lifestyle. The rest is primarily protein. Add carbs in as your physical workload increases.Curious. Why do you think so? I assumed a low-fat, low-carb, high-protein diet would be the way to trim fast without looking like a runt.
I would just emphasize the eating less. You don't necessarily have to exercise more.In my opinion, if you're not losing weight, then you need to exercise more and eat less.
It's really that simple.
You can do crunches and planks until you're blue in the face. Won't make a difference if you've got a layer of fat covering your abs and obliques.
Yeah, I would still need the diet to be low-calorie overall. In the past, I have lost weight while still building muscle by sticking to two meals a day of fish or chicken and greens. Thanks for the advice. You need to have a caloric deficit from week to week. Calculate your BMR with activity level, eat more than that on workout days and lower on the 4 off days.
Chicken is a good choice when you're trying to lose weight. It's low calorie and high protein. You ever try to eat a pound of chicken in one sitting? Not an easy task haha. A pound of chicken breast is like 640 calories, if I remember correctly.
But yeah, fruits and vegetables and all that.
Edit - It's actually less than 640.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
