“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I'm curious to know what is recommended in weight lifting/diet when your into the martial arts? Several years ago I practiced martial arts and became very limber but that's about it.

Now I'm getting into Krav Maga which is much more intense than the TKD I did. As I understand it, you should not be huge (big) as it hinders flexibility. I'm a average guy 5'8" 173 pounds with a beer gut.

How do you balance keeping lean while building muscle at the same time? I've read plenty about eat BIG and focus on the big three workouts which makes sense, but does this rule apply in the same manner with what I'm looking to do?

probably isnt much different.

might have to increase caloric intake further to offset what practicing your martial art does (assuming its moderately intense)

If you're burning excess calories through intense training, weight gain will be slowed down.

now, if you dont plan on training that intensely or long, you might be alright.

Martial Arts training will be intense three to four days a week. When I did martial arts before I didn't change my diet and I actually gained some weight... After I lost a few pounds. My Doc said it was probably because I lost some fat then was building a little bit of muscle. I wasn't lifting or anything, just tons of push ups, weight free squats, sparring and things of that nature.
