“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

The other day I saw "Enter the Dragon" needless to say, the man was ripped. Are there any techniques besides Deisel's Guide one could apply in order to aquire this phenomenum.

Does anyone else know about getting ripped up to shreds?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Low low body fat. And at that point in his career he was doing high-rep speed work on squats, bench, military press and whatnot.

There are a number of books by John Little that followed Bruce's routines, diet, equipment, etc.

In fact, for "Enter the Dragon" was when people noticed that Lee really exploded and was more ripped than ever. Lee got some equipment which was new at the time but was basically a cross-trainer.

Anyway I have all in the series and they proved to be a good read. To answer your question, in my opinion, it was his diet, cross-training, and the fact that running was a form of "relaxation" for him that he was shredded. Well, plus the fact the man was obsessed with training, he would curl a weight while reading a novel.
