A random girl sends me this as a first message. I am not sure how to reply. Googled it and found its a commercial jargon stuff... Exactly don't know the meaning...

I see words, but I am not sure I see sentences or language of any use or value in order to understand what you are saying. Clarify and Im sure we can help you out here. Also, go to the doctor, I think you had a stroke.
