I think you had oneitis for a chick and thought she liked you for 'who you are' and then got hurt because she basically dumped you, rejected you, flaked on you, etc. At least, considering your thread history, it does make it seem like that, to me anyways.
When you get mad like you are gonna kill somebody, go hit a punching bag or something. I have one in my basement and start knocking the crap out of it when I do get pissed. It rarely happens anymore. But when I do, I literally end up tired as crap with bloody knuckles. It helps.
