Alright.. so i've had a girlfriend for about a month now.. but recently shes been getting on my nerves, shes been so negative, and basically isn't what i'm still looking for..

So my question is, how could i go about breaking up with her?
Is there another way to start this conversation beside.. "We need to talk" ?

I was thinking saying something about how the relationship isn't what i am looking for right now, and how my feelings aren't as strong... Any ideas are appreciated

Can't say I blame you. i wouldn't want to be around someone that was negative toward me or themselves.

Stop trying to bring the news to her from a different perspective and just tell her how you feel about the whole situation. Rather you give her another chance or dump her is up to you.

Not that I can think of. "We need to talk" will do just fine. Then, Tell her how shes a negative ***** and is getting on your nerves. In nicer words of course. But make it clear that something has to change if she wants you around.
Tell her how she can improve. one of 3 things will happen
1. Shell dump you. Thats what you wanted, anyway?
2. Shell improve.
3. Youll dump her.
Either way, you win.
Its easy to dump her after that.

There's no proper way of breaking up. It always and will always hurt...no matter how nicely you say it. Just stop communicating and seeing her. I hope she's not a psycho and starts stalking you man =) But I admire your maturity at your age. Most guys will stay at a bad relationship rather than leaving it just to say they have a girl.
