Since I broke my right hand I've been in a lazy rut. No gym no studying. I've been tired and sleep all day, what a waste of time! How the hell do I break this? Here's what I got so far: gym (cardio/legs) on the morning to jump start me. I feel like without the gym I miss that endorphin release.... Anyway I need to formulate a schedule or something. How do you guys do it
