Me: Work hard play hard mostly and being single of course.

Her: Aren't you worried that once you find someone you will have to pull back on the reigns? actually worry a little that i will find someone that I'll end up stuck at home with all the time.

Me: I try not to worry about stuff like that, it's better to just go with flow.

On the first one, why have or even get close to these types of discussions with women? What does it get you? Lead the conversation in a mood altering way towards the physical. Light funny never heavy. Deflect all philosophizing, cerebral attempts unless you have clear proof that such talk gets that particular woman horny, and I've never met one, not even highly educated. Save any deep BS session talks for your buddies on camping trips or fishing, it is simply too risky in several ways to have these kinds of talks with women you are involved with so why do it?

On the second one, was this a text? If so, consider asking out directly on the phone. It gives you clarity you need. If I ask a woman out and she doesn't say at least "maybe later in the week, maybe Thursday" and preferably offer a specific counter, then it's time to move on to next option and always have one of those cued up.

No doubt, both texts, both dating website emails, but they might as well be texts these days with smartphone apps. 1st is backburner 2nd is a longshot at this point, face somewhat cute, has some self issues, kid... Career girl supposedly which makes her an emasculating man hater in my eyes. Good advice though.

Im actually pretty undecided if he did the right thing or not. The rejection left a sting but down the line this could have caused problems. hmm.
