"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Day 1, Week 1

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok so started saying hi and eye contact today. Got about 10 his, but did do the hour eye contact thing for an hour also. it's odd but I really do feel more confident after doing it. It seemed odd at first, but I felt better the more I did it. Actually was at a graduation party, swim meet, and fire works. AActually also started some talk w/ strangers. Not a bad begining.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Day 2, Week 1

I went to the mall today to get some cloths. As I’m walking around I keep see these couple 8’s coming toward me, and totally avoid eye contact. There when I went into this store called Aeropastale, I couldn’t even bring myself to even make eye contact w/ the girl employees and all they were are a 7, 6, and 7. I don’t go to the mall a lot, and suddenly I had a strong sense of being nervous.

Day 3, Week 1

Okay, I go to the jump today. As i'm lifting right in front me a 6 & 7 come over to workout out on the machine. I totally p**** out. I'm pissed now, I let a good opportunity go to talk. I realized something after seeing those two girls. Part of me doesn't think I'm good enough and another part thinks about the rejection. I don't know, I think being afraid rejection is the part that makes me figure i'm not good enough. Does anyone know how i can help get over this?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

After thinking this over, I realized I really want to finish this boot camp. If i want to be the man I want to be, I have to do this all the way. I think I realized the only way i can go on w/ this is if I quit ttaking approacs as if they're life and death. I deff need to try and just have some more fun w/ this.
