Buy or pdf drive.

I actually heard George Bruno recommend it. Get a spray bottle. Few drops diluted. Couple drops. Massage hair and scalp.

Most hair sprays and products are fully estrogenic. Not shocking a lot guys are balding and low T.

Lift, APPROACH, clean diet. Avoid any estrogenics. Do the test. I need to get on it. You can use a alias first for 23 and me if worries of your data.
the other tests have to be done first but I will think about it.
I'm confused. Are you trying to look like a man?
? playing chemist trying to counterbalance the high estrogen, this time of my life supposed to be low not high....could use the T boost for working and weightlifting too.
Doesn't matter what I look like anymore. I'm taking care of my purpose, my health.....to survive.

Are you talking about abnormally high estrogen for a woman? Do you have menstral issues or high risk of cervix cancer or anything like that? I guess I'm still confused as to why you want higher T levels as a woman.

I'm not sure if you drink or not but drinking definitely brings down T levels. On top of that, if you drink beer heavily, beer has hops which is a plant that's been known to contain high amounts of phyto-estrogens, so not only are you bringing down t levels, you're raising your estrogen levels at the same time.

If most guys just quite drinking, that's half the battle right there. You can get away with it in your 20's but it starts catching up on you, the closer you get to your 40's.

No not at all. I drank once or twice a year(binge).
Could be the other grains.
I won't speak on public forum about any other issue but ya.

there are several reasons for lady that is a little older to need more test. you have been around, so you know the value of an MD check and testing about it. that aside; really low dosage should... not cause much of any secondary effects(but will be some) and can help several very personal type issues. obviously never take dosage like a man would without MD direction. should not take any without MD direction, but I get the idea of trying to solve something now when it is really an issue for us.

read all about this one. really low dosage; going to be splitting the lowest one down.

I am not a DR and have no credentials in this topic. Meaning really check it out yourself as my idea might be Bull.

My MD is cool asf.
The only one in my life that made me fill out a couple dozen page questionnaire in his office of my entire childhood, adolescence and adulthood.
Once in awhile I get lucky with health professionals and I hit the jackpot with this one. He'll be very curious about this and he is brutally honest, which I respect the most in men after dominance.
Thank you for this post my friend, I already decided to be open to stero ids. Not sure if that's what this is.

If you end up going this route after investigation. Made very sure you have medium to a heavy cardio workout several days every week. Over time there can be some impact on circulation. Not really bad, but doing some running or bicycling for an hour+ few times a week will mitigate most of it. don't let that scare you.. just know and investigate. Improving the quality of life is really valuable.

I walk alot and do bodyweight lifting just at work 5 days a week.
I've got the medium cardio/weightlifting covered. I also deadlift and squat at home. I also walk, bike and participate in another social circle sport a couple weeknights and weekend days a month.
My circulation is so good right now my nails and hair are rapidly growing.
I will never smoke again. I can't believe I used to smoke.

Just bumping this as I'm starting up my d-aspartic acid regimen again after feeling tired lately and some strands of hair falling out again. I've been off of it for a couple months as I didn't want my body to get used to it. 3 days into it and I'm starting to feel more lively again.

A very fast way to improve the libido is to do energy cultivation activities such as Qi Gong or Tai Chi. They are designed to exercise the kidneys and adrenal glands which are core to the sexual functioning of the body. I find when I do qi gong I am much more easily aroused and sexually on the prowl.

As far as foods, red meats, flax oil as you mentioned.

Also depending on your age, you can follow the following schedule for how often you ejaculate.

20 and under - once every 4 days
21-29 - once every 6 days
30-39 - once every 8 days
40-49 - once every 10 days

That will play a major role. Remember, I did not say how often you have sex, I said how often you ejaculate.
That interesting man!

When you mean ejaculate its even for sex or masturbation? Like 6 days for me, but not include sex on those days? I see a great improvement doing this kind of 6 days time... Never thought there was a time based on age.

Hi! I am looking for natural ways to boost testosterone, as my libido is lagging at present.

I already weight train with heavy weights. I have heard about dietary changes being effective. Is there any truth in the claims that the following boost testosterone

Saturated fats
Egg yolks
Flax oil
Red meat
A high fat (40%) diet

Thanks
Sex
Squats and heavy lifting
Good fats
Sports
Enough protein
Active lifestyle

Well basically guys told it all already yet I would add to avoid any negativity and stress when possible which means cut any one toxic wheter they are family, girls or "friends".

Unmatch and delete that cvnt who plays hard to get on tinder, dont bother call your auntie for xmas if she only brags about her son and belittle you and so on.

Needless to say simple sugar only in moderation and only if necessary.

Exactly. Stress raises your Cortisol levels which then reduces your testosterone.

I'm a huge advocate of just cutting out anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup mainly found in Soda's. Just not drinking Soda can do wonders for your fat content because the body can't break down and often stores the processed corn syrup as fat, unlike natural sugars which is natural and can be broken down and passed through your body more easily.

Interesting fact: American Soda companies like Coke had a hard time selling their products in Europe so they made a trade deal with China 15 years ago to include Coke products as part of it and now you're seeing so many obese Chinese kids these days as a result.

Stress injected by a person plays some tricks on your psychology, effectively letting them gain or "get over" you... Which certainly is not good for your testosterone. Plus enough stress causes an increase in cortisone, which is not good.

There are "good" forms of stress as well, you know, the type that prompt you to take action, to get things done. But when another injects stress, to get you to do what they want you to do, to mold your personality, to get you to shift, it's not good buddy.

I think we all as a group need to sign off on endorsing any babes who are "hard to get". The women are going to choose somebody, they will desire that man, they will make it easier for him, deal with those babes. Chasing babes in 2020 usually "fills" their ego and confidence for another man to enjoy...

Body fat levels in men over 20% and below 10% tend to be problematic, for most men, regarding test levels.

Getting enough sleep and being well rested is important.

Avoid refined sugar.

Cholesterol is your friend. Consume saturated fats, and avoid vegetable oils.

Lift heavy. Compound exercises. Avoid prolonged cardio (more than 30-45 min per session).

This is where it gets tricky. Are supplements really natural? What's the difference between a supplement that's OTC in one country, and script-only in another? Personally, I take a shiit load of supplements, but I don't do TRT, because TRT is suppressive of endogenous Test production. If someone REALLY needs TRT, that's fine, but why unnecessarily sideline your own testicles, when you can just get more sleep, eat better, lose weight, lift heavy, and find supplements that boost your endogenous T levels?

Do you even know what your levels are? Have you done bloodwork?

What about calisthenics? This is giving me some great results. Does it get something similar to lift weight?

Idk, but man doing the beginner exercises is making my whole body more strong and balanced... Like when I walk I can feel more balance with my muscles.

Also this kinda make me more strong during sex... like if I lifted weight... maybe it have some similarity.

Nothing wrong with calisthenics, but you mIght want to make pullups, handstands, and squats the foundation of your bodyweight exercises, if you don't have access to weights. Learn to do the inverted shoulder press and to walk on your hands(both great exercises).
