I actually heard George Bruno recommend it. Get a spray bottle. Few drops diluted. Couple drops. Massage hair and scalp.

Most hair sprays and products are fully estrogenic. Not shocking a lot guys are balding and low T.

Lift, APPROACH, clean diet. Avoid any estrogenics. Do the test. I need to get on it. You can use a alias first for 23 and me if worries of your data.
the other tests have to be done first but I will think about it.

Are you talking about abnormally high estrogen for a woman? Do you have menstral issues or high risk of cervix cancer or anything like that? I guess I'm still confused as to why you want higher T levels as a woman.

I'm not sure if you drink or not but drinking definitely brings down T levels. On top of that, if you drink beer heavily, beer has hops which is a plant that's been known to contain high amounts of phyto-estrogens, so not only are you bringing down t levels, you're raising your estrogen levels at the same time.

If most guys just quite drinking, that's half the battle right there. You can get away with it in your 20's but it starts catching up on you, the closer you get to your 40's.

No not at all. I drank once or twice a year(binge).
Could be the other grains.
I won't speak on public forum about any other issue but ya.

there are several reasons for lady that is a little older to need more test. you have been around, so you know the value of an MD check and testing about it. that aside; really low dosage should... not cause much of any secondary effects(but will be some) and can help several very personal type issues. obviously never take dosage like a man would without MD direction. should not take any without MD direction, but I get the idea of trying to solve something now when it is really an issue for us.


read all about this one. really low dosage; going to be splitting the lowest one down.

I am not a DR and have no credentials in this topic. Meaning really check it out yourself as my idea might be Bull.

My MD is cool asf.
The only one in my life that made me fill out a couple dozen page questionnaire in his office of my entire childhood, adolescence and adulthood.
Once in awhile I get lucky with health professionals and I hit the jackpot with this one. He'll be very curious about this and he is brutally honest, which I respect the most in men after dominance.

If you end up going this route after investigation. Made very sure you have medium to a heavy cardio workout several days every week. Over time there can be some impact on circulation. Not really bad, but doing some running or bicycling for an hour+ few times a week will mitigate most of it. don't let that scare you.. just know and investigate. Improving the quality of life is really valuable.

I walk alot and do bodyweight lifting just at work 5 days a week.
I've got the medium cardio/weightlifting covered. I also deadlift and squat at home. I also walk, bike and participate in another social circle sport a couple weeknights and weekend days a month.
My circulation is so good right now my nails and hair are rapidly growing.
I will never smoke again. I can't believe I used to smoke.
