Those contracts do exist, but they are merely for fantasy purposes. The law does not recognize contracts for sexual services. Making a woman sign anything is pointless, anyway, because later she'll just say that you intimidated her into signing.
So what do you recommend? To record it to show her willingness or something?
Yeah, I mean if you are going to get into **** with a plate to talk with her about recording. I guess that if she says something like "omg I can't believe we're filming this" it would be pretty much a declaration of consent.

Actually knowing with who you are having sex is the most important thing these days, if she is kind of women who threat , talk about sexual harassment, use word of No when there is no clear reason then it is better to you to stay away from here , because that mean rape and sexual assault charges are on her mind, and she might use it against you when thing go bad .
Have a third-party witness present, to later testify that the sex was consensual...
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
